The Comedy Spot Comedy Club - Scottsdale * All acts/times subject to change - 2 item minimum per person F.A.Q. - Frequently Asked Questions"Where are you located?"Here is a map. We are located at 7117 East 3rd Avenue. Remember, if you're not at THE COMEDY SPOT, you're at the WRONG place!  "What if I'm late?"Everyone MUST arrive no later than 15 minutes PRIOR to showtime. At showtime, any remaining seats will be sold, regardless if prepurchased or not. We cannot hold seats and if you and your party are not at the club at showtime, we have to assume you are not showing. No exceptions. There are no refunds on tickets for any reason. "What is your telephone number?"Call (480) 945-4422 anytime for a reservation. "What is your dress code?"Tasteful casual "Can I order my tickets on-line?"Tickets can be purchased on our homepage under the acts listed and their dates. "Do you mail my tickets?"No. Your tickets will be at the box office (Will Call) the night of the show, under the name of the person purchasing tickets. Please bring a photo id to the box office. "If I have reservations, do I have to go to the box office?"Reservations are required, so everyone will need to go to the box office to pick up their tickets before entering the show room. "Can I make reservations over the internet or through e-mail or over the phone?"Yes. You can call our hotline and leave your party info or email us with the information and then simply pay for the tickets at the door when you arrive. "Do you serve food?"Yes, please check out our food menu HERE "How far in advance do you have to book for a show?"Depends on the popularity of the act. With Special Events, it is safe to book sometimes weeks in advance. Typically, you can purchase tickets the night of the show, but it is suggested to make a reservation as soon as you have a confirmed head count, a week, 2 weeks out. Tickets for huge names (ie; Romano, Seinfeld, Bill Maher) should be purchased ASAP. "Is smoking allowed?"No, smoking must be done PRIOR to or AFTER the shows, 20 feet from all doors or exits. You cannot leave the building to smoke and re-enter. "Once I purchase my tickets, can I get my money back or transfer to another date if I have to cancel?"All tickets are FINAL SALE which means absolutely no refunds, credits or transfers. Please confirm with your party PRIOR to making a reservation or purchasing tickets. "Can we reserve seats?"All seating is first come - first served. While reservations hold seats, we cannot guarantee where those seats will be. We suggest you arrive at least 45 minutes to an hour prior to showtime for a better seat selection. "Do you offer handicapped seating?"The Comedy Spot is wheelchair and handicap accessible. "How old do you have to be to go to the Comedy Spot?"Everyone must be 21 years of age or older with a valid photo I.D. for admittance. "Do you offer any Discounts & or passes?"Discounts (Ladies/College I.D./Military) are not available when buying tickets on-line/pre-purchasing. We do not accept passes or coupons for Advanced Tickets/Special Events. A coupon is also offered on our website homepage. Coupons or discounts are APPLIED AT THE DOOR, not when purchasing via the internet. "Do you have a beverage minimum?"Yes, (2) beverages. Can be alcoholic or non-alcoholic. No food or beverages may be brought in or out of The Comedy Spot Comedy Club. "Do you allow cameras or video/audio recording of any kind?"No cameras or recording devices allowed anytime. "What days are you open and when are showtimes?"
Thursday (some) - 7pm "Where do we park?"Parking is available to the North, East and West of the Comedy Spot. There is plenty of Valet Parking as well as the parking garage located just across the street from the Comedy Spot. "Do you have gift certificates?"Yes, please check out our Gift Certificates HERE "Can I buy tickets as a gift?"Yes, you will simply purchase the tickets, then in the NOTES section indicate who the tickets are for and which show. |
