It is a Professional comedy show booked and produced by The Comedy Spot Comedy Club (A professional comedy club) with the same standards we book all our shows with. This is NOT an "open-mic". These are professional comedians that work Nationwide.
Each month, you will enjoy an evening of laughter while being entertained by 3 of the FUNNIEST professional working comedians. Come out to the newest and funniest place in the desert - The Comedy Spot Satellite Room! Located at Harrah's Ak-Chin Casino in Maricopa, Arizona. We'll see YOU at the show!

An easy pleasant drive from Phoenix: Take I-10 to exit 164 (Queen Creek Road). Turn right and drive 17 miles. Casino is located one mile past the town of Maricopa on the right.
The Casino is located 35 miles south of the Phoenix International Airport.
From Tucson
Take I-10 West to exit 198. Drive west on 84 to Maricopa Road. Turn right onto Maricopa Road. Drive 12 miles. Casino is located on the left.

About BOB KUBOTA:
Bob Kubota began his career as a stand-up comic in 1987 while still a student of journalism at Arizona State University. Encouraged by virtually no one, he honed his particular idea of humor at "open mike nights" sponsored by various saloons and bistros throughout the greater Phoenix area. Within two years Bob was "on the bill" for paying customers at legitimate comedy clubs. Only then did he let his parents know that his life dream didn't include bar exams - just bars.
His penchant for dry wit, lighthearted sarcasm and deciphering life's ironies has led him to the majority of the contiguous 48 states as well as Alaska and Hawaii. The sly take that he has on his own ethnicity continually proves to be a popular feature of his act. In 1996 he became an international performer when he joined the United Service Organization (USO) and now tours regularly with the “Comics On Duty” (Davis Entertainment) providing comic relief to American military troops stationed around the globe. Bob has now spun his material in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bahrain, England, Iceland, Hungary, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Diego Garcia, Australia, Haiti, Honduras, Cuba, and many more. He has also performed in Hong Kong for English-speaking residents of the city's bustling business and finance community.
Bob has apeared on nearly a dozen comedy programs featuring stand-ups, from Comedy Central to A&E and MTV.

About ADAM RICHMOND:
Adam Richmond was one of the youngest touring headliners to come out of Canada in the year 2002. His high energy, and fearless stage presence has made him a favorite among colleges and clubs all around North America, as he now makes his way through the American Market. He resides in the entertainment capital of Los Angeles, and he can be seen performing regularly at such clubs as The Laugh Factory and the Comedy Store, in the Hollywood area. Adam has also gone global! Not only did he complete a tremendously successful USO tour for the American troops in Japan/Korea/Guam, he’s added Australia to the list and has recently performed at Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
Also a writer and an actor, Adam has appeared on Nickelodeon, Fox Sports Net, and several nationally televised commercials, as well as being staff writer for an animated series in Canada called Chilly Beach. With his fun persona, Richmond has the ability to make an audience feel comfortable in his presence, and has definitely become a candidate as one of the new comedy faces the world will see for many years to come. Go see Richmond and witness how much you can get away with when an audience likes you. His goal has always been to; “Bring mirth and merriment to misunderstood people in a chaotic world.
